Follow up question:
What if you were wearing a pair of toy transformers but you totally knew they were toy transformers? And you were also, say… a 34 year old dude?
From Montreal to Mulhouse - The Journey!
I figured I’d give you heads up about my departure for France. It’s kinda late, so sorry for the mistakes… I wrote that on my iPod notepad in real time. Also no pictures yet because I can’t find the usb cable for it.
8:20 - At the airport: 1st thought… Long line and, of course, no self service, so i need to wait. Good thing i made it 3 hours early.
9:15 - Shit! The one store i wanted to go closed at 9. Stores in airport SHOULDN’T close!!! Anyway still in line… Almost in the last row to get my flight ticket.
9:25 - Getting in shortly. I wonder if i got a window seat or not. Stupidly forgot to ask. Btw I’m not sure anyone looked properly at my passport even once. Thats when you know you’re not traveling to the USA. Right now, I’m just praying to not be seated next or near kids. Sigh… why are they so awake? It’s freaking 10:27pm. Bedtime kids!
11:05 - Finally boarding time. Damn I’m row 9. I think I’ll be one of the last to board. Next time, must bring a child with me or get a far away seat.
11:20 - I’ve got freakin middle row. Can’t even look outside. I’m sad.. Sigh… and the kids are on the row next to me. I feel it’s going to be a long trip.
11:52 - We should have left 22 min ago. We just got the word that a toilet was.. Erhn blocked. Hmmm makes me want to use them now…
12:11 - Can’t freaking believe it. The waste has still hasn’t been emptied. Apparently it might not work. Still waiting and unsure whether we’ll take off or change plane…
12:25 - I’m starring to really have the urge to pee but I’m not even sure we can right now.. still waiting on update…
12:35 - Apparently it should be fixed in the next 20 minutes!! In the meantime i REALLY need to pee but it is not allowed. Double sigh.
1:08 - We finally are moving.
1:20 - Bathroom!!! Now feel better. Waiting for the choice of movie and wondering if i’ll even get some sleep
2:00 - Getting too sleepy. Oh and lets try.
5:05 - i woke up. Need to pee badly. I’m so going back to sleep after.
6:03 - After having trouble getting back to sleep, i am waken up by the captain, as he turned on the lights and forcing *erhm* offering snack.
7:47 (1:47 in Mulhouse) - Finally made it to Europe. My real journey can now begin.

To my knowledge, it is the only one where the runway actually intersects with a major highway. When a plane has to take off or land, traffic is shut down.
Don’t why, just loves this picture. Even though I’m not really religious, I’m always amazed by the beauty of Montreal’s churches (Mtl = The city of a hundred belltowers).
This one, Oratoire St-Joseph is not only on top of a Mountain, in the middle of Montreal’s Island, but you also have to climb 100 stairs (traditionally on your knees) to get to it. Offers a wonderful view to the city.

I took a walk on my University’s campus today, when I was on lunch break, and noticed the new green area was ‘open for public’. They transformed few parkings into a green and nice area. I took few pictures and I think it’s my favorite…
